2. Pricing & Product Information
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. The current retail price of the AirBlast Pro Portable Tyre Inflator is $94.50 AUD. Promotional prices are valid while stocks last or until the stated promotion end date. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; the price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Orders & Payment
Your order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We accept major credit/debit cards, Afterpay, and Zip Pay. By submitting your order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.
We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms, with a full refund issued.
4. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you within 24 hours and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the ACL.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirBlast Pro Australia's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage.

8. Governing Law

30-Day Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your AirBlast Pro within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
To initiate a return, email us at support@airblastpro.com.au with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Warranty Claims
The AirBlast Pro is covered by a 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.
Your ACL Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are dispatched same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, or on weekends/public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking number is sent upon dispatch.
